Real estate holds one of the largest shares in the portfolio. DMG maintains nearly full control over the logistics for its projects. Its subsidiary, Stonebridge, imports construction materials from the Turkish and Chinese markets and operates its own warehouse facilities. This critically reduces dependence on external suppliers for the projects the investment fund develops under the Immobiliare brand.
